But it's not exactly what you'd expect. Turns out, middle-aged and elderly people are getting together in public places to play music and dance into the night. The seniors say the exercise keeps them healthy. Neighbors complain that the noise keeps them from being able to relax, and it interferes with their children's ability to concentrate on homework. It's like Footloose, only Kevin Bacon's role is played by older Chinese people.
